Single-Molecule Tracking

We have been developing new single-molecule tracking algorithm to overcome current limitations for a wide rage f applications.

The research topic includes

  • Development of cumulative-area tracking method that enables simultaneous characterization of molecular motion and conformational dynamics
  • Development of lattice occupancy analysis method that enables to capture non-random diffusional motion.
  • Application of new single-molecule tracking methods in polymer physics studies
  • Characterization of polymer solution in a microfluidic channel and its relevance to enhanced oil recovery.
